SAM's Conference Center offers you a special naming opportunity!
A total of 150 chairs are needed for our conference center. Naming plates will be affixed to the front of each chair. For $50, you can put your name on the chair, or remember or memorialize a favorite family member or sportsman. Complete the form below, or print and mail it along with your $50 to SAM today!
